httpd no funca con el -HUP

Al parecer algunos domingos el apache se cuelga despues de que logrotate envia le un -HUP.
Configure un crontab mientras investigo que puede ser. Aqui esta el log:

El mensaje de error aparece como 30 veces, antes de eso hay un mensaje de error de php.
